Anton Korynevich. Proposal to create a Special Tribunal for the Punishment of the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine

Eighty years after representatives of nine nations signed in London a declaration that laid foundations for the punishment of those responsible for crimes against peace, crimes against humanity and war crimes perpetrated during World War II, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine H.E. Mr. Dmytro Kuleba officially requests the establishment of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.
